Customer requested 18x18 cut out. It will be 2 layers but I can do the solid layer from your design. I do not need the star and stripes in the word LOVE. If you can't get the eyes cut that's ok the painter can free hand those along with the little marks above the eyes. They want the shape to be the actual picture not square. Customer also requested some scroll work on the outside like the monogram I sent. :/ This is for a plasma table.
